Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received or you change your mind, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of your order. You must return the product in tact & in re-saleable condition. Your refund for the cost of the goods will be processed when we are in receipt of the returned product. (The cost of return is the responsibility of customer & we strongly suggest you obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit). Please return goods to Yorkshire Envelopes Web Sales, 42 Castlefields Industrial Estate, Crossflatts, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 2AG. We reserve the right to refuse a refund that has not been returned in a re-saleable condition (in original packaging & un damaged). This does not affect your statutory rights

Cancelling Orders

The shade of paper can vary from making to making & does have a tendency to fade. It is important when storing envelopes to avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Colours may be subject to change. By ordering from this website you automatically agree to these terms & our standard terms & conditions (a copy can be sent upon request).
