Regent Envelopes Limited and Regent Envelopes (Sales) Limited (‘the Companies’) both entered Administration on 26 July 2023.
David Antony Willis, Mark Hodgett and Phillip Edward Pierce of FRP were appointed as Administrators of both Companies which have ceased to trade. The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and without personal liability.
