FAQ’S
If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received or you change your mind, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of your order. You must return the product intact & in a re-saleable condition. Your refund for the cost of the goods will be processed when we are in receipt of the returned product. (The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer & we strongly suggest you obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund that has not been returned in a re-saleable condition (in original packaging & un-damaged). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Products
If for any reason you receive goods which are faulty in any way please contact us on sales@regentenvelopes.com and one of our friendly customer service team members will be happy to help you with 7 days of receiving the order.

General
The shades of paper can vary during production and can have a tendency to fade. It is important when storing envelopes to avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Colours may be subject to change. By ordering from our website you automatically agree to these terms & our standard terms & conditions (a copy can be sent upon request).
